Combos and Transitions En Fuego! : Dance technique for use with fire.
This workshop will explore the unique challenges that arise when combining belly dance with fire. While some practical fire information will be discussed the focus will be on dance technique . This workshop could be useful for any dancer utilizing props with their belly dance. Learn interesting new combinations that really emphasize the “fusion” in tribal fusion bellydance utilizing fire fans and fingers. Develop techniques to make your combinations and choreography less predictable by utilizing different planes of space and exploring varied staging options considering the width and depth of flame. Special focus on combinations with a partner.
