Vending & Advertising

Vending: Saturday February 23 6:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m.

If you are interested in vending at this event please complete the vending application form. Please return completed form and payment by January 1. We will contact you in January with your stall number and any additional information.

Vending cost:
$40 per space
You may bring your own tables, racks and chairs or they can be rented from us.

Space specifications & setup/pack-up:
Each space is 8'x8' square (you may rent 2 spaces if needed.) You may bring your own tables, racks and chairs or rent what you need from us (see rental costs below.)
All vendors can begin setup at 5:00 p.m. and must be completely packed and out of the gym by 11:00 p.m..

Vendor supplies available for rent:
4'x24" rectangular table ($10)
8'x30" rectangular table ($12)
66" rolling rack ($18)
chairs ($1)
